Content Provider Agreement

This Content Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between FindFyre (“Platform,” “Merchant,” “we,” or “us”) and you (“Content Provider,” “you,” or “Model”). By signing this Agreement or electronically affirming your acceptance, you agree to comply with its terms, which govern the content you upload or generate on the Platform.

1. Consent to Use Images and Likeness

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You grant the Platform permission to use, display, and distribute your images, videos, and other content publicly on the website as part of the services provided by the Platform.
• You consent to your likeness being displayed publicly and understand that such content may be visible to users of the website worldwide.
• This consent is granted voluntarily, and you have the right to revoke it in accordance with the Platform’s policies, subject to applicable laws and the terms of this Agreement.

Note: This consent is a condition of using the Platform to upload or generate content.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in any activities that are illegal or violate the Platform’s Standards, including but not limited to:

• Uploading or distributing illegal content, including content depicting minors or non-consensual acts.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices.
• Uploading content that violates copyright or intellectual property laws.

3. Consent Requirements for Uploaded Content

You agree to obtain and maintain written consent from all individuals depicted in the content you upload to the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Consent to Depict: Written consent from all persons depicted in the content to be depicted in the manner portrayed.
• Consent for Public Distribution: Written consent allowing the content to be publicly distributed and uploaded to the Platform.
• Consent for Downloading: If the content will be made available for download, written consent allowing the content to be downloaded by users.

4. Identity and Age Verification

You agree to verify the identity and age of all individuals depicted in your content to ensure they are 18 years or older. You must maintain accurate and complete records for all depicted persons, including government-issued photo identification verifying their age.

Upon request by the Platform or any authorized legal authority, you agree to provide the necessary documentation to verify compliance with this requirement.
