If you are depicted in any content on our platform and wish to request its removal, you may submit an appeal by:

• Emailing our support team at support@findfyre.com with the subject line “Appeal for Content Removal.”
• Providing the following information:
  • A detailed description of the content (e.g., URL, title, or other identifying details).
  • A clear explanation of why you believe the content should be removed, including whether consent was not given or is void under applicable law.
  • Any supporting evidence or documentation that strengthens your appeal (e.g., proof of identity or lack of consent).

3. Acknowledgment and Investigation

Once an appeal is submitted:

• We will acknowledge receipt of your appeal within seven business days.
• Our moderation team will conduct a thorough investigation to determine if the content violates platform standards or applicable laws.

During the investigation, the content in question may be temporarily restricted to prevent further distribution until a resolution is reached.

4. Resolution and Appeals Outcome

Following our investigation, one of the following outcomes will occur:

• Content Removal: If it is determined that consent was not provided or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed promptly.
• Content Retention: If it is determined that the content complies with platform policies and applicable laws, it will remain on the platform.

You will receive an email notification detailing the outcome of your appeal.

5. Neutral Body Resolution

If you disagree with the outcome of your appeal, the matter can be referred to a neutral body for resolution. Both parties must agree to abide by the decision of the neutral body to ensure a fair and impartial outcome.
