What is FindFyre?
FindFyre is a creator subscription and discovery platform. Fans can follow creators, subscribe to exclusive content, send messages, and unlock premium posts. Creators can publish photos and videos, set subscription prices, earn from premium content, and receive payouts directly to their bank account.
How do I create an account?
Choose the account type that matches how you want to use FindFyre:
- Fan — browse, subscribe, and interact with creators at findfyre.com/register.
- Creator — publish content, set subscription pricing, and earn revenue at findfyre.com/register-creator.
After registering, confirm your email address using the link we send you. You must verify your email before you can log in.
How do I log in or reset my password?
Log in at findfyre.com/login with the email and password you registered with.
Forgot your password? Go to Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send you.
What is the difference between a fan and a creator account?
Fans use FindFyre to discover creators, subscribe, view feeds, send messages, and purchase premium posts.
Creators publish content, manage subscribers, set pricing, complete identity verification, and receive payouts. Creators must complete their profile and ID verification before they can start posting.
How do I switch between light and dark mode?
Use the theme toggle in the navigation menu (desktop sidebar, mobile account menu, or header). Your preference is saved automatically and applies across the site.

How do I find and follow creators?
How do I subscribe to a creator?
Visit the creator's profile and click Subscribe. You will be redirected to our secure payment partner (CCBill) to complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you unlock their subscriber-only content immediately.
What is the difference between my feed and the global feed?
Home / My Feed shows posts from creators you follow or subscribe to - your personalised timeline.
Global Feed shows a wider mix of public posts from across the platform, useful for discovering new creators.
How do I send messages to a creator?
Go to Messages from the navigation menu. You can start a conversation from a creator's profile or reply to existing threads. Some creators may offer paid private messages - pricing is shown before you send.
How do notifications work?
FindFyre notifies you about new posts, messages, subscription updates, and other activity. Check the bell icon in the navigation or visit Notifications to see everything in one place.
How do I unsubscribe from a creator?
Go to Settings and open the Following & Subscribed tab. Click Unsubscribe next to any creator. You keep access until the end of your current billing period - you will not be charged again.

How do I tip a creator?
Open the creator's profile or a conversation with them and choose Tip where it is offered. Tips are one-off payments processed securely through CCBill. Creators keep 75% of tip revenue.

How do I become a creator on FindFyre?
Register at findfyre.com/register-creator. Then:
- Confirm your email address.
- Complete all sections of the profile setup flow.
- Submit a valid government-issued photo ID for age and identity verification.
- Wait for approval (usually within 24 hours).
- Once approved, finish your public profile and start creating content.
Why was my ID verification rejected?
Common reasons include expired documents, blurry or cropped images, or a name mismatch with your account. Re-upload a clear, unedited photo of a valid ID that matches the name on your account. Contact support if you need help.
How do I create and publish a post?
Go to Create Post in the navigation (or visit post/create). You can add text, upload photos or videos, mark posts as subscribers only, and set premium pricing between £3 and £100.
How much do creators earn?
Creators keep 75% of revenue from subscriptions, premium post sales, tips, and other earnings on the platform.
How and when do I get paid?
Set up your payout details in Settings under Banking. Payouts are sent on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.
I cannot post yet - what am I missing?
Creators must have a completed profile and approved ID verification before posting. If you see a redirect to Complete Profile, finish any remaining steps there first.
Payments & billing
How are fan payments processed with CCBill?
Fan payments are processed securely through CCBill. FindFyre does not store your card information.
When am I charged for a subscription?
You are charged when you first subscribe, then automatically on each renewal date based on the creator's billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support@findfyre.com with your transaction details. See our Cancellation Policy for more information.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Charges are processed by CCBill, so the descriptor on your statement may show CCBill or a related billing descriptor rather than "FindFyre". If a charge looks unfamiliar, check your FindFyre subscriptions and purchases first, then contact support@findfyre.com with the date and amount.
Account & settings
Where do I manage my account settings?
Visit Settings (requires login) to update your profile, manage subscriptions, and change preferences.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings or use Forgot password if you are logged out.
How do I delete or close my account?
Email support@findfyre.com from the address on your account and ask us to close it. Cancel any active subscriptions first so you are not billed after the account is closed. We may need to verify it is you before completing the request.
Safety & privacy
Who can use FindFyre?
FindFyre is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Creators must verify identity with a government-issued photo ID.
How do I report content or a user?
Use the report option on any post or profile, or email support@findfyre.com. If you believe someone is under 18, contact us immediately.
